Participation in gambling activities requires unconditional acceptance of Rules and Terms and Conditions, documents released by Mozzartbet Malta Limited and approved by the National Department for Gambling Activities.

Registration of an account on the platform operated by Mozzartbet Malta Limited equals to acceptance of the Rules and Terms and Conditions, without requiring any additional formality in this sense.

Any transaction made by breaching either the legal provisions in force or the provisions of the Rules and Terms and Conditions is null and void and entitles the Organizer to inform the competent authorities, if the case.

Only players registered on the Organizer’s platform are allowed to participate in online games of chance. Registration is the result of creating a user’s record for each participant on the Organizer’s database.

The Organizer will create a sole user record and a sole recording account for each participant, based on the information sent by the participant. In case of sending incomplete or incorrect information, the user’s record or the recording account will not be registered.

Within 30 calendar days as from registration and validation of user’s record and recording account, the participant must send the Organizer the documents confirming the authenticity of the data supplied. In case of non-fulfillment of the obligation to send the documents or in case the Participant’s name appears on the list of self-excluded or ineligible participants, the Organizer will close both the user’s record and the recording account.

Until confirmation of data supplied upon registration of the user’s record and recording account, no cash transfer or cash withdrawals in relation to the amounts available in the recording account are allowed.

Transfer of incomplete or incorrect information regarding the bank account used by the Participant can result in failure to transfer or in delayed transfer of financial amounts deposited by the Participant in the recording account, the Organizer being exempted of all liability in such case.

Access to user’s record and recording account is secured, being allowed only by logging in with the username and password. The Participant must assure confidentiality over such information and not allow unauthorized persons’ access to the recording account. The Organizer is exempted of any liability if any unauthorized person accesses the participant’s recording account.

The Participant is liable for all transactions made on the recording account. Any log in by inserting the correct user name and password is considered executed by the account holder and all financial transactions made will be considered valid, the Organizer accepting no solicitations to annul the transactions.

Deposits and withdrawals to and from the gaming account registered on the Mozzartbet Malta Limited platform are made in any of the ways permitted by law, through payment processors.

No financial transaction to or from the game account is allowed before the completion of the registration, and the operations of transfer to the bank account or cash withdrawal are allowed only after the completion of the identification procedures of the Participant.

It is forbidden to use any financial instruments (such as, but not limited to: bank cards, prepaid cards, e-wallet) that do not belong to the Participant, as well as the use of funds that come from illegal activities.

It is forbidden to participate in Gambling on behalf of another person or groups of persons or according to the instructions sent by persons other than the holder of the game account.

The access to the information from the game account is secured, being allowed only by entering the unique username and password. The holder of the game account will ensure the confidentiality of this information and will not allow unauthorized access of other persons to his own account.

Mozzartbet Malta Limited does not allow the transfer of sums of money between Participants or the settlement in any form of gaming accounts between Participants.

The winnings resulting from the participation in the game of chance or the amounts available in the game account can be transferred to the Participant only in the same payment account from which the funds transferred by him to the game account came. If the payment account initially indicated is no longer valid, the Gambling organizer remits the winnings to the account indicated by the Participant, after verifying his identity and provided that he is the holder of the bank account.

Mozzartbet Malta Limited monitors and records all transactions made by the Participants, in order to prevent any attempt to violate the legal provisions on combating money laundering. Any suspicious transaction will be reported to the competent authorities, in accordance with legal provisions.

Mozzartbet Malta Limited is constantly developing policies to detect and prevent the use of computer programs that are designed to defraud its computer system, as well as to identify any actions of gambling fraud, such as, but not limited to: convenience with another player, cheating program, any agreements with competitors participating in betting events or any other means that may be considered to allow the Participant to have an unfair advantage over other players or the Organizer.

If it is found that the Participant uses any unfair means, which ensures an advantage in the activity of online gambling, the game account will be suspended until the completion of research, and if the suspicions prove true, the Organizer will close the game account and notify the competent bodies.

Before transferring the winnings to the player's payment account, the Organizer may carry out his own checks, within a period of 10 days, after which he may make the transfer or notify the competent bodies.

The organizer has the right to suspend the payment of winnings if there are suspicions of fraud or any other irregularities related to the game account or registered betting tickets or if the events on which the bet was placed are under investigation by competent bodies, Romanian or foreign.

Before transferring the earnings in the participant’s account, within 10 days the Organizer is entitled to proceed to verifications regarding the legality of the transactions made by a Participant. At the end of such verifications, the Organizer shall either transfer the money or inform the competent authorities in order to proceed to further investigations.

The Organizer is entitled to suspend the payment of earnings in case of fraud suspicions or of any other irregularities related to the recording account or to the betting tickets registered or if the events that make the object of the bet are subject to investigations by the competent authorities, either Romanian or foreign.

The Organizer is not liable for any technical malfunction, respectively disruption of connection between the Organizer’s server and the equipment used by the Participant, regardless of the nature thereof (disruption of internet connection, other technical malfunctions, downtime, etc.) which might arise whilst the Participants are making use of the website or whilst they are benefiting from the online games services, if such malfunction is the result of improper use of the equipment by the Participant.

In addition, the Organizer shall not be liable for any damages or losses which may arise out of, or in connection to, any technical malfunction resulting in connection disruption between the server and the device used by the Participant, which may occur for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.

Also, the Organizer shall not be liable for any kind of disruption of Organizer’s services due to failure or malfunctioning of the Participant’s equipment or due to disruption of internet connection between the Participant and the Website.

In case of disruption of the game due to technical reasons under the Organizer’s control, the Participant that placed a bet before such disruption of the game can continue the game so disrupted or, if that is impossible, the monies paid by the Participant for the online game so interrupted will be refunded by the Organizer.

In case of a dispute with the Organizer, the Participant will send a complaint to its customer service, using the contact details available on the site.
